• Fingerprinting for Concealed Carry License- Toombs County Residents Only
  • $5.00 per person (not per card)
  • Hours are Monday- Friday from 8am – 4:30pm

NOTICE: You must bring your packet from the Toombs County Probate Court if you are getting a new permit. 

You may renew your Concealed Carry License for a reduced fee within 30 days of your current permit’s expiration date.

              Pick up from the Toombs Co. 911 Office during business hours.

Civil Processing and Service

               Documents to be served can be mailed to the Sheriff’s Office at

                      Attention Jonnie Branch, Sheriff’s Clerk

                       357 NW Broad St. Lyons, GA 30436

They can be hand delivered as well, at the same address, to the main lobby on the west side of the building between regular business hours.
